Cancelling or rescheduling a consultation
Email info@engine-wirecore.digital as soon as your plans change. A scheduled consultation cancelled at least 48 hours before its start is eligible for a full refund. Instead, you may move it once without charge to an available time within 60 days.
For cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the start, we refund 50% of the consultation fee because preparation time has normally been reserved. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
Work already started
Some services include research or document review before the call. If you ask us to begin during a statutory withdrawal period and then cancel after work starts, we may retain a proportionate amount for work actually completed, as permitted by law. Once a written Roadmap, shortlist review or application check has been fully delivered, that completed work is non-refundable unless defective or mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
We do not normally purchase materials for clients or take deposits. If an unusual written scope requires a non-recoverable third-party cost, it will be disclosed and approved in advance; that cost is refundable only if the supplier returns it.
Adviser cancellation and technical interruption
If we must cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement time, you receive a full refund. If a material call interruption is caused by our systems, we will resume or reschedule the unused time. Problems with a client’s connection are handled reasonably, but do not automatically create a refund if the service can be completed another way.
How to request a refund
Write to info@engine-wirecore.digital with the booking name, consultation date and reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and state the decision promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days; bank processing may add time.
Exceptions and statutory rights
We assess serious illness, bereavement and comparable exceptional events fairly when supported by reasonable information. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, remedy or refund rights under German or EU consumer law. Disagreement with a school’s or authority’s independent decision does not by itself make correctly delivered advice refundable.
