1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to use of this website and education relocation consultations supplied by Engine Wirecore. By confirming a paid engagement, you accept the written scope, fee and these terms. Website information is general and does not itself create an adviser-client relationship.
2. Nature of guidance
We provide research, planning and informational support concerning schools and childcare in Germany. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, medical or therapeutic advice; determine statutory entitlement; submit applications unless expressly agreed; or guarantee admission, placement or availability. Authorities and institutions retain all decisions.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, timely information, review recommendations, confirm current rules with the named authority where advised and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records. You remain responsible for applications, deadlines, decisions and travel arrangements.
4. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after we agree the scope and time and issue payment instructions. Fees and any applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. No payment is processed through this website. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
The website, consultation materials and written Roadmaps are owned by Engine Wirecore or its licensors. Clients receive a non-transferable right to use commissioned materials for their own family relocation. They may not resell, publish or remove attribution from those materials without written permission.
6. Accuracy and availability
We use reasonable care and sources believed reliable at the time of research. Education rules, fees, capacity and local procedures can change without notice. We may correct website errors, replace an adviser when reasonably necessary or decline work outside our competence.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by German law, liability for slight negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable, typical loss. We are not responsible for independent decisions by schools, childcare providers, authorities or other professionals.
8. Governing law and disputes
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual country of residence. Statutory rules determine jurisdiction. Please contact info@engine-wirecore.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
